Camlocks

Fuel tank lid components must meet stringent product quality requirements as they are designed for crash safety and subject to environmental regulations. Flatness is strictly defined to provide a tight seal to the fuel tank in combination with the LOWER components that are molded into the tank.
Camlocks (Insert-molded parts)

Of camlocks for plastic fuel tanks, these parts are used for insert molding. Previously, they were generally produced in progress, but our original conversion of the production method to a line-pacer has dramatically improved the molding and shape accuracy.
