Side Brackets
Due to the large size of the product, the number of presses that can process it is limited. We performed the entire process in-house, from tooling to part transport. Although the product is inherently difficult, we were able to complete both the machining and transport processes without any problems. The pressing process is completed with line spacer processing and three parts are welded together to form the product.

Side Panels
Products with a product size of nearly 500 mm are processed by line spacer presses. The transfer equipment performs the processing at an angle, which prevents cracking in the bend area and stabilizes the dimensions. Production is performed on an all-servo press robotic line, which also meets the stringent flatness requirements of the flange surface.

Front Panels
The size of the product is about 450 mm, which limits the number of presses and transfer devices that can be used in production. However, we perform pressing operations with stable accuracy on our all-servo pressing robot line. Even for a line with partially different external shapes, we suggest using common molds and replacing molds only for a few processes to reduce mold investment.

Reclining Gears
Generally, the product was completed by cutting after pressing, but by utilizing the properties of UL-6000 (6000KN) and introducing our own plate forging technology, we were able to complete the product by pressing only, creating a significant cost advantage.
