Pistons

High-strength material (SPFC590) is used as the material. To ensure the flatness of the mounting surface, springback countermeasures are incorporated into each molding process. Laser hardening is used to increase product hardness, and the process design takes into account dimensional changes after hardening.

Shift Lever Brackets

Brackets for shift levers used to operate transmissions in manual transmission automobiles. The material is SPH440HY and the plate thickness is 7.0 mm. To prevent springback during bending, we perform the three-step cutting process in-house: Stamping ⇒ Pin Hole Cutting ⇒ Pin Pressing.

Plates for pump impeller drives

This plate is the part that transfers torque from the engine to the transmission. The ring gear and plate are welded together as an integral part. The drive plates must also be highly durable and precisely balanced because they rotate constantly while the engine is running.
