Brackets
These are used to limit the movement of the springs. To prevent springback of high-tensile materials, we select appropriate press machines and strictly control the foot width and inner diameter dimensions for production. We are constantly investigating molds and production methods for high tensile strength 590 materials with the goal of being the only one of its kind.

Lower Spring Seats
This product is an important part for positioning springs, especially the spiral shape is a key point, and the inner diameter part must be welded,so the height variation must be minimized. We design and manufacture our own spiral gauges and inspect their shapes to ensure high accuracy and quality.

Upper Spring Seats
Used in shock absorbers to control spring movement. We mold and stamp the tops on a 300-ton transfer press, then spot-weld the sheets to the tops before applying a cationic coating.
