Motor cases for ABS
The product has very strict accuracy requirements. In particular, the tolerance of the inner diameter of the bearing part is within 0.015 in the range. Although the processing method requires know-how and high technology, the material is SPCC (cold-rolled steel sheet), which is easy to form, so the adjustment of the mold is relatively easy to handle. We design appropriate process layouts and perform integrated manufacturing through transfer press finishing.

Due to the high volume and accuracy requirements, these parts are manufactured as critical safety parts. In order to ensure the accuracy of dimension, parallelism, flatness, etc., these products are manufactured using a plate forging press with a highly rigid one-piece frame and a powerful knuckle-joint motion mechanism, and then manufactured using a line spacer press.
