Production Facilities

Below is an introduction to the facilities supporting THAI IKEDA MFG CO.'s technology.

Stamping facilities

These machine tools are used for punching, molding, squeezing, stamping etc. under pressure. We offer single, progressive, transfer, and RY process machining.

Leveling machine

This unit is placed between the decoiler and the feeder. The material is placed between the alternating rolls of the decoiler and feeder and the material is alternately deformed in a vertical direction to remove tension from the material.

Welding Facilities

Welding is the process of melting and joining two or more components. We perform spot welding, projection welding, CO2 welding, and other welding processes, taking full advantage of the characteristics of each welding technique.

Carbon Monoxide Ventilation System

We are extremely careful with ventilation and air conditioning because a reaction between an arc discharge and carbon dioxide produces carbon monoxide, which is dangerous to humans.

Machine tools

In general, it refers to machines used to remove metal materials and can be divided into two categories: general-purpose machine tools for manual machining and NC machine tools for full or semi-automatic machining by numerical control.

Measuring instruments

Refers to equipment used to quantitatively measure the physical characteristics of objects, including contact sensors, lasers, scales, light, infrared, probes, etc. to measure the length, surface roughness, roundness, etc.

Equipment for Molds

Machine tools such as roughing mills, surface grinders, holemaking mills, machining centers, and wire EDMs are available.

Cationic Electrodeposition Coating Facilities

The product is immersed in the electrodeposition paint and a DC current is applied to the product to charge the paint film components and deposit them on the surface of the product. It is called "cationic electrodeposition" when the product is used as a cathode.

Spray Coating (Solvent/Powder)

The product is immersed in the electrodeposition paint and a DC current is applied to the product to charge the paint film components and deposit them on the surface of the product. It is called "cationic electrodeposition" when the product is used as a cathode.

Baking and drying oven

The paint is melted and solidified by heating. As with coating, we can accommodate up to W=3000 x H=3000 x L=3000 (mm).
